This is /rc of Geoff Collyer, with most of his personal,
unentertaining stuffs removed. Mainly for a new iso.

I made $path (/bin .) as suggested by him, turned off most services
(except Plan 9 services), added some files for smtp.
Added udiffy, which is the same to diffy but call ape/diff -u instead.
Added djc's git wrapper.

git: added support for codeberg.org and sr.ht, might require newer libsec
